PLEASE NOTE: Pre-existing damage, severe scratches, or heavy long-term buildup on appliances, bathrooms, and other surfaces may not be completely removable. We do not guarantee heavily weathered areas will look brand new, always prioritizing the integrity and safety of your marble, granite, wood and porcelain surfaces.

PLEASE NOTE: We understand that many clients prefer not to have images of their homes shared on the internet. Rest assured we enforce a strict no photo policy and will never take or publish photos of your property without your prior explicit authorization.
Heavy Furniture Policy
When you invest in our services, you are partnering with experts dedicated to protecting your home. For the safety of our crews and to prevent any scratches or damage to your fine flooring and furniture, we do not move heavy or oversized items (such as large couches, heavy beds, or massive dressers). We will clean thoroughly around them and underneath as far as our specialized tools can safely reach. If you require cleaning behind or underneath a heavy object, please ensure it is moved prior to our arrival, as we strictly decline to risk damaging your property. Our absolute priority is to care for your home and ensure its safety, never to cause any wear or damage.
